The locking mechanism had failed due to the door being out of alignment and the handle having to be forced up.
I got the door open and supplied and installed a new centre gearbox and then repacked the glass and panels to pull the lock side of the door backup.

Sliding Patio Door locking mechanism had completely failed leaving there only access to the garden unusable.
It wasn’t easy but I managed to get the patio door open and then supplied and installed a new patio door mechanism.

The Window Hinges had been faulty for sometime and eventually bent badly and the window wouldn’t close.
The window sash was safely removed (there was a conservatory below) and new hinges were supplied and fitted.
